TNT Embroidery

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric and other apparel using needle and thread.

TNT Shirts offers a wide range of embroidery services, and we can embroider your custom design on a wide range of fabrics and apparel. Unlike screen-printing where we can match any ink color, we are limited to the colors of thread that we can buy. Embroidery artwork does not feature blending or gradients.

There is a one-time $65 digitizing fee for all graphic logos. There is a one-time $15 digitizing fee for text logos. Artwork cannot be any bigger than 11 inches in diameter.

TNT Shirts uses a Tajima, 6-head automated embroidery machine. We can embroider about 700 stitches per minute. Pricing depends on image size and number of stitches. Base price is $12 per item.

We do offer 3D embroidery. This is only available on hats.

There is a minimum of 6 item’s for embroidery. If the minimum is not met, there is an additional fee of $20 added to the invoice.
